Free delivery on orders over £200

Delivery usually within 5 days from receipt of order.

The terms and conditions set out below apply to UK orders.

1. VAT

All prices shown against the products in our catalogue and this website are exclusive of VAT.  VAT will be charged at the prevailing rate and clearly shown on your invoice.

2.  Delivery Charges

Delivery is free to all destinations within the UK for orders of £200 or more after discount, excluding VAT and carriage. Outdoor Store orders are excluded from this calculation.

Delivery charges for orders under £200 excluding VAT: UK Mainland – £7.50 plus VAT.

N. Ireland, Offshore Islands and Highlands of Scotland – £14.75 plus VAT.

For customers in the Channel Isles, the Republic of Ireland and BFPO schools please call the office for a quote on delivery charges.

3. Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched from our premises within two working days from receipt of order and delivered by our carrier within a further 2 working days. Our carrier will require a signature so delivery must be requested to an address where this is possible during normal working hours.

Please allow up to seven days for delivery before contacting us.

If you require an urgent express delivery please contact us for a quote.

No delivery service is guaranteed and Edventure shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or any consequence thereof.

4. Prices

Prices are valid to 31 March 2012 unless stated otherwise. Orders received will be charged at the prices set at the time of order.

5. Payment

Full payment is required with your order unless we have agreed to the opening of a credit account. We automatically offer credit accounts for goods ordered and delivered to fully Government funnded organisations, Local Authorities and Schools.

Payment may be made by cheque, credit card or BACS.  Please contact us if you wish to pay by BACS.

For customers with an approved credit account, payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.  We reserve the right to charge interest on all overdue accounts at the rate of 2% per month, and to charge for reasonable costs incurred in seeking to recover arrears of payment.

6. Availability

Goods contained in our catalogue and on this website are offered subject to availability.  We reserve the right to substitute items in our packages where the advertised product is unavailable.  This will only be done when absolutely necessary and the substituted item will be of at least the same value as the unavailable product.

7. Risk & Title

Risk in goods supplied will pass on delivery. Title in the goods shall remain with Edventure until payment in full has been received.

8. Product Description

Whilst every effort is made to provide an accurate description of all goods the components of some products may vary from the description. If the goods fail to correspond with their description in a material way, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose, Edventure will offer an appropriate remedy.

9. Errors

Whilst every effort is made to avoid errors, these do occasionally happen.  Should you have reason to query a delivery or invoice please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will deal with your query as quickly as possible.

10. Returns & Refunds

Provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt of the goods, we are willing to provide a refund or credit for the goods not required upon the safe return of the goods.  Unless the goods have been sent as a result of our error, you will be responsible for the cost of returning them in a saleable condition.  We reserve the right to make a charge should the goods returned no longer be in a saleable condition.

* Please note, due to the size and cost of carriage, the Outdoor Store is non returnable.

11. Defective or Damaged Goods

Where goods prove to be faulty or have been damaged in transit we will issue a refund, credit, or replace the item(s).  We must be notified within 1 calendar month of delivery of any defective product and agree arrangement for their return, at our cost, if requested by us.

Should a box being delivered appear damaged, please accept it but note on the driver’s delivery form that the box is damaged when signing for the delivery.  Please notify us immediately if any goods prove to be damaged.

Edventure is not liable for any faults or defects concerning the Outdoor Stores, all complaints will be passed on to the supplier.

12. Guarantees

We are unable to offer any specific guarantee or warranty period for the products sold by Edventure. However our products are selected for moderate use in supervised school playground conditions, or in a domestic environment.

13. Product Liability

Edventure shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury whatsoever as a consequence or otherwise due to or caused by any defects or deficiencies in or by the use of goods supplied other than liability for death or bodily injury caused by the negligence of Edventure.

14. Outdoor Store Delivery

This is supplied direct from the manufacturer.  Please allow 28 days for delivery.  Delivery is free to mainland UK but there is a charge for parts of Scotland and Offshore Islands.  Delivery is only available to parts of Northern Ireland at added cost. Please contact us for a quote.

Please note that this item is not included in the calculation for free delivery of goods on orders exceeding £200.

Due to the size and cost of carriage this item cannot be returned once ordered.

15. Promotion

The free game offer is valid for orders received up to 31 March 2012. Edventure will endeavour to supply the items advertised, but reserves the right to substitute an alternative at their discretion if stock is unavailable. Where there is more than one option for a free game Edventure will determine which game is supplied, but will try to make it compatible with the stock ordered.

The qualifying order value is calculated prior to any discount, and excludes carriage and VAT. The Outdoor Stores are excluded from this offer.
